Chef de Partie – Casual

Company Description We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to keep the kitchen rolling, food flawless and make every plate unforgettable (only in a good way!) at The Hoxton, Edinburgh. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated. This is a casual, flexible role where you choose the shifts that work for your life, and there may be opportunities to pick up hours elsewhere in the hotel too.

• Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas.
