Responsibilities:
• Identify inefficiencies and recurring challenges, proposing actionable solutions to improve operations.
• Handle administrative tasks to alleviate routine work from senior staff and ensure smooth workflows.
• Assist in onboarding and training entry level team members by providing clear instructions and verifying task completion.
• Manage legal documents by printing, scanning, and organizing materials for easy access and reference.
• Prepare and coordinate the mailing or couriering of legal correspondence and closing documents.
• Maintain both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are updated and properly organized.
• Monitor file-related tasks and follow up to ensure timely progress and completion.
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents based on dictation and direct instructions.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates to streamline the preparation of frequently issued documents.
• Manage incoming communications, schedule appointments, and prioritize inquiries based on urgency and importance.
