• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
• Coordinate and deliver communication materials and presentations
• Monitor user inquiries and resistance trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Must have PROSCI or CCMP certification
• At least 5 years of experience in change management
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Background working with technical and non-technical audiences
