Position: Experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent Needed

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in heavy civil construction and 5 years in management. You'll be responsible for planning work methods, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring safety compliance on site. Excellent communication and a valid driver’s license are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan work methods and material needs

• Review specifications for job site activities

• Coordinate with vendors for project equipment

• Forecast work schedules and mitigate risks

• Document daily activities and enforce safety protocols

Requirements:

• 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience

• 5+ years in construction management

• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus

• STS certification preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
