St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools is seeking a dedicated full-time Grade 2 Teacher for St. Anthony School in Drayton Valley, Alberta. This temporary position runs from August 26, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

This role requires teaching Grade 2 students and contributing to both co-curricular and extra-curricular programs. Ideal candidates will possess a Certificate in Catholic Education, ideally from St. Joseph’s College. Additionally, the position also provides eligibility for Student Loan Forgiveness, offering up to $30,000 over five years for those who fulfill a 10-month teaching commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Grade 2 students effectively in a full-time setting

• Assist with the school’s co-curricular programs actively

Requirements:

• Certificate in Catholic Education from St. Joseph’s College (asset)

• Willingness to work in Drayton Valley for 10 consecutive months
