Enhance child development at Drayton Valley Mighty Learners Centre as an Early Childhood Educator. Engage with children through creative activities while maintaining a safe learning environment.

This full-time role involves developing programs that foster physical, cognitive, and social growth in children. You will work closely with fellow educators, maintain educational equipment, and communicate progress with parents. Creativity is essential, as you will lead artistic and physical activities, aid in proper habits, and conduct observations to support child development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop child-care programs promoting holistic child growth

• Maintain and sanitize educational equipment daily

• Conduct storytelling, music, and creative activities

• Guide children in health, hygiene, and behavioral habits

• Prepare nutritious snacks during care sessions

Requirements:

• ECE Level 1 or equivalent training

• Basic security clearance and criminal check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible schedule availability for various shifts

• Experience with child observations and reporting
