In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of critical ICS training programs. Your three years of relevant experience will include managing curriculum and supporting instructor credentialing. Collaborating with various agencies, you will ensure that training standards align with provincial requirements and enhance community readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the scheduling and monitoring of training programs
• Administer instructor onboarding and quality assurance
• Update training curriculum within the Emergency Management Training System
• Advise stakeholders on policies and standards
• Facilitate communication between AEMA and partners
Requirements:
• High school diploma with at least three years experience
• Experience in training coordination in public sectors
• Understanding of emergency management frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities for compliance tracking
Contribute to Alberta's emergency management preparedness through engaging and effective training solutions.
