SLR Consulting seeks a Senior Hydrogeologist in Edmonton, Alberta. Oversee the Hydrogeology team and provide expert solutions on groundwater resource management.
In this full-time position, you will support SLR’s Alberta Hydrogeology team in managing experienced professionals. Your success will hinge on mentoring staff and interpreting hydrogeological data to develop innovative solutions for groundwater issues. You will engage with clients across sectors, ensuring project excellence, including proposal preparation and management delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary hydrogeological teams on various projects
• Collaborate with groundwater modelling experts across multiple regions
• Design and execute groundwater monitoring and investigation plans
• Ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule
• Write hydrogeological reports for submission to authorities
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of hydrogeological experience in environmental services
• Proven team leadership in consulting settings
• Required Professional Engineer or Geoscientist registration
• Comprehensive understanding of hydrogeology and related regulations
• Willingness to travel to job sites and client meetings
