Transform the iGaming landscape in Alberta as an iGaming Investigator at AGLC in either Edmonton or Calgary. This position is focused on regulatory compliance and industry integrity.
As part of the Regulatory Services Division at AGLC, you will be integral in shaping the future of Alberta's gaming industries. This full-time role entails leading investigations into registered iGaming operators and suppliers to ensure compliance with local statutes and AGLC policies. Your expertise and strong communication skills will enable effective collaboration with law enforcement and international gaming agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee investigations of iGaming operators and their practices
• Track industry trends and compliance issues for proactive measures
• Manage registration applications ensuring adherence to standards
• Engage with law enforcement and regulatory bodies
• Provide training and represent AGLC in public settings
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary qualification
• 5+ years in a gaming regulatory or investigative role
• Strong grasp of gaming laws and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be open to travel
