Join Draft Kings as a Player Development Executive and enhance our VIP player offerings. Drive net revenue while providing unparalleled service to our premier players.
In this role, you will directly influence the growth of our VIP customer base. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships and implementing proactive sales tactics to drive customer loyalty and engagement. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the delivery of our exceptional VIP experience and will analyze data for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with premier players
• Promote MVP sales metrics for engagement and revenue
• Enforce compliance with VIP policies and gaming standards
• Identify performance trends through data analysis
• Offer solutions to enhance customer experience proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields
• Enthusiasm for enhancing the player experience
• Proven ability to apply strategies for efficiency
• Expertise in revenue growth and expense management
• Must acquire State Gaming Licenses
