In this critical role, you will assist physicians at various long-term care facilities, focusing on maintaining precise clinical records through electronic medical records. Your responsibilities include preparing charts for scheduled patients, ensuring the integrity of documentation, and coordinating patient flow during visits. You will also maintain and clean medical equipment, manage inventory, and verify that equipment operates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during patient visits professionally

• Complete chart preparation before visits

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records

• Provide timely end-of-visit reports

• Manage medical supplies inventory efficiently

Requirements:

• High School education or GED required

• Reliable transportation and good driving record

• Completed Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to follow directions and listen
