Reporting to the production manager, the incumbent will be responsible for participating in the management of the various activities of his/her department on the night shift, such as personnel management and maintaining and improving occupational health and safety programs and policies.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the night production team;
• Ensure the smooth running of operations and the achievement of objectives;
• Collaborate with internal partners (maintenance, quality, etc.) to ensure efficient production;
• Ensure the monitoring of key indicators (KPI) to guarantee performance and correct deviations quickly;
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and agri‑food quality standards;
• Mobilize and coach the team to maintain a positive and efficient work climate.

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in production management;
• Experience in a unionized food factory, an asset;
• Good knowledge of Office Suite software;
• Knowledge of Spanish, an asset;
• Strong communication and interrelationship skills;
