Qualicare Homecare seeks compassionate LPNs/RPNs to join their team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, offering treatments, and fostering collaboration within your care team for optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care with compassion

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of services

• Conduct ongoing medical assessments of clients

• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed

Requirements:

• Valid certificate of competence and good standing

• CPR certification required

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
