As a Registered Nurse on Unit 4E4, you will provide a wide range of nursing services to diverse pediatric populations, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Your role involves leadership in care planning, assessment, and evidence-informed care delivery. Join us in providing top-notch support to patients ranging from general pediatric medicine to neurology and mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions
• Maintain clinical documentation and communication
• Respond to changes in patient status promptly
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completion
• Active or eligible CRNA registration
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Trach Vent training required
