Position: Program Coordinator for Employment Services
Catholic Social Services is hiring a Program Coordinator to enhance the Navigating Upward employment training program. Ideal candidates are organized and collaborative leaders focused on participant coaching and counseling.

This full-time contract position ends on March 31, 2028, with a potential extension. As a Program Coordinator, you will facilitate group learning and provide one-on-one support for participants navigating their employment journeys. You will also manage participant progress and collaborate with team leaders to ensure effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support participant recruitment and intake processes

• Develop individualized participant plans for employment goals

• Provide employment counselling and coaching sessions

• Track participant progress and document outcomes

• Coordinate networking events and employer engagement activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Social Work or related field

• Minimum 2 years in employment services or counselling

• Experience working with diverse populations

• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to equity and inclusion in service delivery
