Truck Dispatcher

Job Overview  We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate transportation and logistics operations within our TRUCKING DIVISION. The ideal candidate will manage fluid hauling movements, communicate effectively with carriers and clients, and utilize various transportation management systems to ensure timely delivery.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting shipping & receiving processes and maintaining efficient logistical workflows.
Responsibilities   Coordinate and schedule fluid shipments using transportation management systems.
Manage shipping & receiving activities, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and clients via multi-line phone systems while demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Monitor supply chain operations, to optimize fluid movement and delivery schedules
Analyze shipping data to identify delays or issues and implement solutions for process improvement
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and related documentation
Assist with inventory management and support logistics planning through analysis skills
Collaborate with staff on shipping & receiving tasks to ensure smooth operations
Skills   Proficiency with transportation management systems and other supply chain software
Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Knowledge of fluid logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and supply chain processes
Analytical skills to interpret shipping data and identify operational improvements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
From $70,000.00 per year
