As a Shift Lead, your leadership will guide Aircraft Material Coordinators in their daily functions. You will coordinate activities, provide essential training, and maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations. Your expertise will significantly contribute to smooth operations and material provision for maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on projects with Inventory and various departments

• Coordinate team staffing and task priorities efficiently

• Lead and mentor Aircraft Material Coordinators on best practices

• Review and recommend personnel developments to management

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular checks

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in aircraft materials handling

• Solid understanding of leadership principles

• Valid Driver’s License and necessary certifications

• Ability to earn Restricted Airside Identity Card

• Forklift training to be completed within six months
