Tasks:
ESL Program Manager and Teacher to promote, market, sell and teach our ESL Wilderness Program.
You are expected to:
Teach in a wilderness setting
Promote, market and sell our ESL Wilderness Program
Planning the ESL program curriculum and accommodate the teaching schedule for beginners, intermediate and advanced classes
Supervise the classes
Partake in the outdoor activities: horse riding, bear-safety orientation and more
Provide the students with a solid foundation in this globally relevant language

Detailed description:

We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, has a positive attitude to life and is interested in learning new skills. In addition, you must be open minded and likes the outdoors. Moreover, you must be willing to living in a rural community (in a village at the country side) surrounded by the most amazing sights such as mountains and lakes. Full-time, permanent position, starting September 2017

Education:
Must be TESOL or TEFL qualified.

Experience:
Previous teaching and marketing experience desirable. Familiarity with horses, guiding and ranch lifestyle is also an asset, but not required.

Languages:
Native English required.

The guest ranch is a busy eco-tourism business that offers pack trips, as well as ranch stays and Wilderness Guide Training. We currently own 36 horses and are surrounded by great hiking trails.
