Preferred Podiatry Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver podiatric-focused care in long‑term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities. Part‑time with flexible schedule.

Location:

Edwardsville, IL.

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long‑term and senior care facilities
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient‑centered care
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
• Document visits in Next Gen EMR on a company‑issued iPad

• Master’s degree and completion of an accredited NP program (required)
• Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP) (required)
• 2–5 years of podiatry experience following training (preferred)
• Experience in long‑term care / nursing home settings (preferred)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, independent settings

Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue generated through billing. Estimated earnings range from $22,000–$34,000 per year for one day per week to $110,000–$170,000 per year for five days per week. Final compensation depends on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
