Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Effingham, IL
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist Store Manager in daily store operations including selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervise employees in the absence of the Store Manager and oversee staffing and training;
Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation; provide guidance to employees and customers across departments;
Maintain inventory, analyze sales and expenses to ensure profitability, and protect assets with internal controls;
Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise per company standards
