Embla Medical’s Global Finance Business Partnering team is looking for an experienced and ambitious Finance Business Partner to support the Global Operations function. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across the business to deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and planning that support performance and informed decision-making. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact on an international environment while contributing to a company with a meaningful purpose.

The position can be located in Iceland (Reykjavík), The Netherlands (Eindhoven) or Poland ( Szczecin).
** Your role
** As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic insight to support operational and financial decisions across Global Operations.
* Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational improvements, in partnership with leadership.
* Lead the forecasting and financial planning processes.
* Collaborate with leadership to understand business challenges and opportunities, providing financial insights that drive cost-effective decision-making.
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including variance analysis and financial reporting.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team.
** Who are you
*** University degree in related fields such as business, economics, or engineering.
* Proven track record in finance business partnering, business controlling, FP&A, or related roles.
* Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis.
* Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of forecasting systems are a pro.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English is a requirement.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
* Good project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, stakeholder management skills, is independent, takes initiative, and detail oriented.
