We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Infant Teacher and Floater Teacher to join our dynamic early childhood education team.   Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of infants.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's progress, routines, and any concerns.

• Floater Teacher Duties: Support multiple classrooms by stepping in when lead teachers are absent or require additional assistance.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized and clean environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent care and education across all classrooms.

• Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate records related to attendance, milestones, and developmental progress.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Certified in Early Childhood Education or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and transition smoothly between different teaching environments.
• Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
