Position Overview
Water/Wastewater Engineer with 4–10 years of experience joining Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in ElPaso or Las Cruces, Texas.
Focus on water and wastewater projects, including supply, conveyance, treatment, and disposal.
Responsibilities- Manage a wide range of water and wastewater projects to meet client schedules and budgets.
- Lead production management, project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management.
- Develop and maintain business client relationships; visit clients for business development/marketing, including conferences and seminars.
- Mentor engineers in training and design staff in project execution and client expectations.
- Conduct hydraulic and environmental calculations and hydraulic modeling using Water
GEMS, Sewer
GEMS, Info Water, or Info Sewer. - Write technical reports and produce plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MEP 3D, Plant 3D, or Revit.
- BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering; MS preferred.
- 4–10 years of experience in water/wastewater projects.
- TXPE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MEP 3D, Plant 3D, or Revit.
- Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, communication, and intrapersonal skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
ElPaso, Texas – annual salary $101,000–$150,000, depending on experience.
