• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance equipment safely.

• Certification in facilities maintenance or a related technical field.
• Experience working in healthcare environments with knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations.
• Training in OSHA safety standards and infection control procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, repairing fixtures, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and maintain a safe environment.
