We serve children ages 2â18 through clinicâbased, inâhome, and communityâbased ABA services across Georgia, Arizona, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Our mission is rooted in compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to helping each child reach its full potential.
What You'll Be DoingAs an RBT, you'll provide oneâonâone ABA therapy to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while improving behaviors in a positive, playâbased setting.
Responsibilities- Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
- Track data and document client progress in our userâfriendly EMR system
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development
- Collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and your fellow RBTs
- Ensure sessions are engaging, goalâoriented, and childâcentered
- Active RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driverâs license
- Experience working with children of diverse abilities
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Tricare certification
