Data Analyst

Programmatic Supervisor works within the Programmatic group – a subset of the Digital group, reporting directly to the Director of Programmatic. The role involves working with strategy teams and owning platforms from campaign set‑up to reporting, while managing specialists and ensuring a consolidated approach across campaigns.
Platform Expertise (Primary) – DSP (Demand Side Platform)- Master the usage of demand side platforms for campaign set‑up, optimization, and reporting; including day‑to‑day management to support specialists.
- Manage relationships with platform support teams to continually bring innovation to product and communicate updates.
- Master the reporting suite to create ad‑hoc reporting and post‑mortems.
- Work within the platform for overall QA and support as second eyes to specialist teams.
- Learn and master processes and systems related to the trafficking and workflow management of programmatic campaigns, including:
- Primary Ad Server
- Billing/Planning system
- Verification systems
- Measurement systems
- Learn and become proficient in reporting systems that support programmatic campaigns (inclusive of data, verification, analysis that comes from reporting output directly in DSP).
- Collaborate with internal and external groups to ensure all deliverables are met and prioritized.
- Work with analytics and AdOps teams on tagging requirements to QA performance.
- Own billing and reconciliation processes to maintain campaign parameters.
- Consolidate POVs and partner feedback to keep all parties informed on rationale and performance.
- Own partner relationships to bring continuous innovation and testing opportunities to every plan and client.
- In‑platform self‑service experience with DSPs (3+ years).
- At least 2 years in mentoring or developing staff.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate with internal managers and clients.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel; additional analytics software preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
$85,000 – $95,000 a year.
Salary and BenefitsActual base salary is determined by experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity.
