This is an onsite role based at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA. Candidates must be able to work onsite.

Century Group is seeking a Data Analyst with expertise in marketing data, CRM systems, and business intelligence. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our data strategy, improving targeting and segmentation, and driving automation across marketing and operational processes.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in CRM data segmentation and automation, and skilled in translating complex data into clear insights for executive leadership. This individual will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and consulting teams to enhance performance and scalability, including supporting AI-driven initiatives.

• Analyze and manage marketing and business data to identify trends, performance insights, and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain CRM segmentation strategies to improve targeting, campaign performance, and pipeline management
• Develop and optimize automated workflows within CRM and marketing platforms to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Design and deliver dashboards and executive-level reports, translating data into clear, compelling visuals for C-level stakeholders
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and consultants to enable data-driven decision-making
• Utilize SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets
• Support implementation and optimization of CRM systems, marketing databases, and other data tools
• Contribute to AI and advanced analytics initiatives to enhance insights and automation
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, database management, or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems
• Proven experience with CRM segmentation
• Experience building or managing automation workflows within CRM or marketing platforms
• Familiarity with automation tools
• Exposure to AI tools and implementation and marketing data base is a strong plus

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive presentations
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams
• High attention to detail and data quality and integrity
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Base Salary:
  Typically ranges anywhere from $80,000 to $90,000.
