• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas for unusual activity, assist with visitor access procedures, and report maintenance, lighting, and property‑related concerns through established channels.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, maintain awareness of site conditions, and support daily operations in accordance with Allied Universal standards and client‑specific expectations.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
