Software Engineer, Embedded Software Engineer
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Must Have(s)- BS Degree with 10+ years of experience. Manager really likes candidates from UCLA and USC, MS Degree is a plus
- Space Flight software experience – 10+ years experience
- C/C++ with python scripting for automation and testing
- Experience with RTOS
- Linux embedded systems
- Manager will not consider jobbers
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience developing embedded or real-time software for space, aerospace with robotics, or mission-critical systems.
- Proven experience leading software development through all phases of the system lifecycle—from requirements through flight operations.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, with working knowledge of Python or scripting languages for automation and testing.
- Experience with RTOS, bare-metal programming, and Linux-based embedded systems.
