Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery products;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management and merchandise presentation;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable items;
Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences;
Maintain customer service standards and ensure sanitation compliance in Perishable departments.
