The TRG Growth Practice is engaged with a growing global manufacturer headquartered in the Midwest is seeking a Senior Division Quality Manager (Multi-Site / Platform Leader) to lead quality strategy and execution across multiple North American sites. This is a high-impact leadership role within an organization currently executing a strategic, multi-pronged growth plan focused on operational excellence, expansion, and continuous improvement.

This role will have the ability to architect and execute a world class QMS within the crown jewel for the entire enterprise. From team building to process development, this leader will have the ability implement real change within an organization that prides itself on driving operational excellence with a people first mentality.

Lead quality strategy and performance across multiple North American manufacturing sites. Partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices.

• Proven Quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean tools and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience leading or influencing quality across multiple sites or regions
• Strong track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced growth environment
