Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to help grow a fast-moving custom manufacturing business in the sign and graphics industry. This role is focused on driving new business, building strong local relationships, and converting opportunities into projects that move through design, fabrication, and installation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, identifying business needs, and turning conversations into sales. You'll have the chance to represent a growing company, develop your own pipeline, and see the results of your work come to life in the field.

• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, outreach, and in-person visits.
• Introduce the company to local businesses and organizations.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce, networking groups, and community partners.
• Attend events, expos, and local meetings to create new leads.
• Identify opportunities tied to new openings, renovations, rebranding, and construction projects.
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotes for a range of custom sign and display products.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process.
• Work closely with design and production teams to support successful order execution.

We want someone who enjoys building relationships and winning business. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful, but not required. The right person is persistent, organized, comfortable with follow-up, and eager to learn a new industry.

This position offers a base salary plus commission with strong earning potential. Training will be provided, and there is room to grow into a more senior sales role as the business expands.
