Anritsu Infivis Inc. is the industry leader in inspection and detection equipment primarily for the food industry, seeks a self-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for developing sales in an assigned territory (Northern Illinois) and working with independent sales agencies to provide the coaching, strategy, and technical product knowledge to grow our business.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, strong business and technical acumen, effective communication and sales skills, and acute management abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Capital Equipment (CAPEX) sales (packaging equipment, conveyors, industrial food processing or pharmaceutical equipment), a solid technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications- A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience - B2B Capital Equipment Sales
- Packaging equipment Industry with inspection technology experience preferred
- Two-year degree or equivalent experience
- Ability for 35-50% overnight travel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience utilizing a CRM
- Effective and efficient time management capabilities
- Initiative and follow-through
- Excellent listening and communication skills

Compensation range will depend on individual experience. Beyond base pay, the RSM will be eligible for a quarterly performance bonus, travel reimbursement, 401k match and other strong benefits that comprise the Total Rewards Package.
