The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The Associate will also count and inspect product, notifying leadership of damages or discrepancies. They are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and for performing all duties as assigned. Associates must meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality and comply with all corporate and site‑specific policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Picking Responsibilities- Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders and stage them in the appropriate areas.
- Stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label products as determined by client requirements.
- Process all picking functions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Use the appropriate documentation to ensure all products and orders are received, handled, and shipped correctly.
- Verify that products meet quality standards, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
- Stack, package, shrink‑wrap, and label products in accordance with SOPs.
- Execute all safety protocols and perform tasks safely.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
- Comply with SOPs, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Operate equipment such as a pallet jack safely and efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and report problems.
- Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- None
- Work in unregulated temperatures ranging from mild to moderate during warmer and colder months.
- None
- Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform related duties.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Adapt quickly to change and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- 6 months experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Walking and standing frequently.
- Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel for lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling.
The employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles and the noise level is usually low to moderate.

Expected base pay rate: $25.75 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on job‑related factors including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
