  • Develop and manage regional safety initiatives aligned with company and client requirements
  • Support field leadership in identifying emerging environmental, health, and safety concerns
  • Oversee safety training programs in accordance with company standards and client guidelines
  • Conduct and manage job hazard analyses, inspections, audits, and corrective action tracking
  • Lead incident and injury investigations and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
  • Maintain safety records, audit documentation, and compliance reporting for assigned sites
  • Partner with operations, HR, and safety leadership on workers compensation and compliance efforts
  • Communicate safety expectations, performance metrics, and progress to regional leadership
  • Travel as required to support regional construction operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
  • CSP, ASP, or SMS certification
  • Experience supporting hyperscale or mission‑critical data center construction projects
  • Prior responsibility for high‑headcount job sites or multi‑site regional safety oversight
  • Strong background partnering with operations leadership on safety performance improvement
  • Experience building or scaling safety programs in rapidly growing construction environments
Required Qualifications

  • CHST required
  • Minimum 5 years of safety leadership experience in construction environments
  • Experience supporting large‑scale or mission‑critical construction projects preferred
  • Proven ability to manage safety programs across multiple active job sites
  • Strong working knowledge of construction safety regulations, inspections, and investigations
  • Demonstrated leadership style focused on coaching, mentoring, and accountability
  • Experience with safety audits, hazard reviews, and job safety analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication, judgment, and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced, high‑headcount environments
Benefits and Compensation
  • Base salary of $130k - $150k, depending on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
