Location: Elk River, MN area (in residential home of client)

Job Description: Regency Home Health Care has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! We have a need for nurses at one of our private cases in the Elk River, MN area. A perk of this role is flexible scheduling and a supportive small team atmosphere. The RN is responsible for caring for clients with high medical needs in a private home setting.

• REQUIRED: Hold current RN license in the state of Minnesota (and other states as indicated by agency growth)
• REQUIRED: Hold current CPR certification
• Demonstrate consistent integrity, good judgment, and initiative

• Work hands-on with clients
• Advocate for clients’ physical and mental well-being; provide social support to clients
• Perform assessments and monitoring, provide assessment details and information to supervisor and doctors
• Perform medical treatments under the direction of doctors
• Schedule, attend, and follow up on medical appointments
  
  Order and track inventory of supplies, equipment, and medication for clients
• Help maintain a positive and professional environment
• Work independently

Pay: $35.00-$40.00/hour
