KidsPeace National Centers of New England has an immediate opening for a Treatment Team Supervisor to work at its Graham Lake Campus located in Ellsworth, ME.# The Treatment Team Supervisor is the focal point for coordination of unit programming and documentation. This position assists in the responsibility for the overall functioning of a residential unit in loco parentis duties, directly supervises and mentors Behavioral Health Professionals. The incumbent will assume supervisory responsibility in the absence of the Assistant Director of Residential Services.# # Additional responsibilities include ensuring a safe and secure environment, overseeing daily routines of staff and children, providing minor first aid treatment as necessary.# Also participate in the planning and implementation of individualized treatment plans as well as daily treatment schedules in accordance with House/Module programming.# Furthermore the Treatment Team Supervisor must communicate all relevant client information obtained by daily supervision to appropriate treatment team members on a timely basis, as well as other assigned duties.# # This position requires the ability to Lead, Communicate, Develop and Multitask, while possessing an unwavering commitment to compliance and the ability to continuously assess and manage ongoing developments and concerns of client care.# As well as, having the ability to initiate action, make sound judgements, give direction and motivate staff.# Recognize and take appropriate action in response to unsafe situations; demonstrate knowledge and use of emergency response systems and tolls.# In addition, this position would require the ability to fully perform all aspects of a restraint using the current approved KidsPeace methodology. # Bachelor#s Degree in Psychology, Social Services, Child Development, Behavior Management, or other related discipline is preferred.# Or 90 college credits with two years of experience working with behaviorally challenged children (preferably in a residential setting).# Experience working closely with family and clients as well as an understanding of autism spectrum disorders in preferred. # # KidsPeace offers excellent benefits which include medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, and a 403(b) plan.# # KidsPeace is an Equal Opportunity Employer
