Auto Dealership Assistant Service Manager / Dispatcher
Previous Dealership Service Department Experience is Required    Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 Annually
(Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)

You will  :
Manage daily service drive operations and customer interactions
Dispatch repair orders and balance technician workload for maximum efficiency
Monitor shop productivity, repair order cycle time, and workflow bottlenecks
Support Service Advisors with communication, process flow, and customer updates
Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, reporting, and operational planning
Maintain high CSI scores and uphold Toyota service standards

We’re looking for  :
Previous auto dealership service department experience is required
Toyota dealership experience strongly preferred
Proven experience with   dispatching   and managing workflow in a high â€' volume shop
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Availability for evening shifts and Saturdays
Customer â€' focused mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency

Compensation & Benefits:
$100,000 - $125,000 yearly compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses based on shop performance
