In this full‑time, entry‑level position, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations through interactive promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in marketing, sales, and leadership development while working in a high‑energy, team‑oriented environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Execute retail‑based promotional events to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Engage directly with customers to educate them on products, services, and current promotions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during live marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly campaign goals
- Support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives through customer interaction and outreach
- Represent Catalyst Corporation and client campaigns with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism
- Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication, and business development
- Motivated, outgoing, and coachable individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in marketing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or business development

- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
