Mon-Thur 6am-2.25pm/Fri 6am-2.45pm Pay:£45,000 to £55,000 An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing business within the glass production industry. This Maintenance Supervisor role is ideal for someone with strong maintenance leadership experience looking to step into a fast-paced production environment focused on reliability, continuous improvement, and team development. The Role:
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across IS production equipment Plan scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installation work to minimise downtime Manage maintenance technicians, shift cover, holidays, and team performance Attend daily production meetings and provide updates on maintenance priorities Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and machine reliability projects Monitor KPIs including downtime, planned maintenance completion, and parts availability Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures The Requirements:
Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, or IS Maintenance Supervisor role Strong background within manufacturing, production, or glass operations Knowledge of preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and root cause analysis Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced industrial environment Familiarity with maintenance systems such as Prisma or CMMS platforms Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Health & Safety focused with a continuous improvement mindset If you're interested in this Maintenance Supervisor opportunity, apply below today.
