Community Health Systems -  - Responsibilities:
Performs advanced floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, deep-cleaning carpets, and operating floor maintenance equipment;
Handles the removal, segregation, and proper disposal of hazardous, infectious, and noninfectious waste, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and hospital policies;
Executes terminal cleaning and disinfection procedures in high-risk areas such as operating rooms, isolation units, and intensive care areas;
Trains and mentors new Environmental Services team members, ensuring adherence to proper cleaning techniques, infection control protocols, and safety procedures;
Monitors and replenishes cleaning supplies, reporting inventory shortages and ensuring proper usage to minimize waste
