Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Ephrata, Washington
Step into a pivotal role supporting students across the PK-12+ grade spectrum as an onsite BCBA for the upcoming academic year. This contract opportunity is ideal for those passionate about making a difference in an educational setting, working in person to positively impact learners and staff alike. The assignment begins August 26th and concludes June 27th, working a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key

Qualifications:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge in the assessment and implementation of ABA strategies for diverse student populations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, support staff, students, and families
  • Ability to work in person and travel as needed within the school system
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and direct support for students PK-12+
  • Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
  • Train and coach staff on best practices and interventions related to applied behavior analysis
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to adjust and improve student supports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
