• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products with an emphasis on Excel and Access and spreadsheet creation and maintenance
• Must be highly organized and possess good communication skills
• Must be highly confidential at all times and act as a team player
• Must be flexible to work on multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
• Must be able to learn new skills and deal with constant change

Skills Needed: Qualifications:

2-3 years of customer service experience and/or sales experience
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency using CRM systems
Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's diverse business and product lines
Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills to help promote new and existing products
