Assistant Studio Manager - Estero

Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front‑of‑the‑house operations run smoothly.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (intros)
• Managing front‑desk duties including answering phones and member engagement
• Giving studio tours
• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout
• Closing memberships to support studio growth
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling member concerns professionally with a resolution‑focused approach
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Maintaining the studio’s cleanliness and organization
