Rentvine is searching for a Technical Support Analyst (Tier
2) to be the last line of defense for complex issues impacting our customers. This role involves deep engagement with engineering and product teams to ensure effective resolution and communication about defect status.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with defect tracking tools. Strong knowledge of accounting and property management is highly desirable.
