Emer Depot Medical Supplies is a fast-growing Canadian medical supply company serving clinics, hospitals, healthcare institutions, wellness centers, and home healthcare customers across Canada. Our operations combine ecommerce, warehouse fulfillment, retail distribution, and institutional supply chain management using modern ERP and warehouse technologies.

We are looking for a highly dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate who understands fast-paced operations, inventory accuracy, shipping workflows, and customer fulfillment standards.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, ecommerce fulfillment, shipping coordination, ERP/WMS systems, and inventory handling.

You will work directly with warehouse, ecommerce, and operations teams to ensure orders are received, stocked, picked, packed, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

This is a hands‑on operational role requiring strong organizational skills, speed, accountability, and reliability.

• Pick, pack, and prepare ecommerce and institutional orders accurately
• Receive incoming inventory and verify shipment quantities
• Label and organize warehouse inventory using warehouse location systems
• Maintain inventory accuracy within ERP/WMS systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Process inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure proper FEFO/FIFO inventory handling where applicable
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse shelving and bin locations
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments

• Work within ERP/WMS platforms including:
• Shopify order systems
• Shipping platforms and barcode scanners
• Update order statuses, tracking information, and receiving records
• Print shipping labels, packing slips, and inventory labels
• Use handheld barcode scanners and warehouse devices

• Coordinate with procurement and customer service teams regarding inventory shortages or backorders
• Support urgent same‑day shipments and institutional fulfillment requests
• Assist with returns, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies
• Help improve warehouse workflow efficiency and organization

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must own a reliable vehicle/car
• Must be comfortable commuting to Etobicoke/Toronto warehouse location
• Must be available for:
• Early morning shifts ornight shifts
• Evening/night shifts
• Occasional weekend work when required

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience with Odoo ERP is a major asset
• Experience using Shopify or ecommerce platforms preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred
• Comfortable using scanners, computers, and shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift and move boxes/products safely
• Fast learner with strong problem‑solving skills
