TIG Welder - Urgently hiring in Eugene!

Job Title: TIG Welder
Pay: $22 - $24 DOE plus .75 shift differential
Hours: Monday - Thursday from 2:30pm - 12:30am
Start Date: ASAP

As a TIG Welder, you'll be responsible for ensuring quality craftsmanship and maintaining production standards. You'll work directly with your supervisor and team to meet targets and deliver excellent results.

What You'll Do
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for:

• Completing all required internal and external paperwork accurately and on time
• Reporting problems or issues to the Department Lead or Supervisor promptly
• Maintaining all quality standards within the department
• Inspecting all parts manufactured for quality and efficiency, reporting any inconsistencies
• Producing high-quality welds efficiently, adhering to safety and quality protocols
