- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay bills in the store.
- Answer questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
- Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- Participate in the Net Promoter System—joining huddles, making callbacks, and helping elevate opportunities to better serve customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Adjustability to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
- 2‑5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, customer‑focused persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, technical knowledge, and workplace organization.
Base Pay: $15.05 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.74. Most sales positions are eligible for commission; non‑sales positions may receive a bonus. This compensation is part of Comcast’s total rewards for recognizing employees’ performance.
