• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay bills in the store.
• Answer questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
• Participate in the Net Promoter System—joining huddles, making callbacks, and helping elevate opportunities to better serve customers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjustability to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
• 2‑5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, customer‑focused persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, technical knowledge, and workplace organization.

Base Pay: $15.05 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.74. Most sales positions are eligible for commission; non‑sales positions may receive a bonus. This compensation is part of Comcast’s total rewards for recognizing employees’ performance.
