Qualifications
- Commercial pilot's license, Rotorcraft-helicopter rating, Second class medical certificate.
- Minimum of 2,000 hours of flight time PIC Rotorcraft.
- Flight experience in Bell 212 and Bell 206L-4 (Weyerhaeuser‑operated).
- Ability to operate under all FAR Part 133/137 requirements and function well in a team environment.
- Flight experience conducting spraying and granular fertilizer application with under‑slung spreaders (500 hours helicopter agricultural application).
- 3,000 hours of flight time PIC Rotorcraft.
- Agricultural Mountain Application experience.
- Experience with AgNav guidance systems for aerial application work.
- Computer skills and customer relations strengthen the candidate’s position.
This helicopter pilot position is based out of Eugene, Oregon, providing VFR helicopter services to Weyerhaeuser Timberlands in Oregon and Washington.
Primary service functions include forestry fertilization and herbicide application. Occasional utility longline, ferry, and reconnaissance flights are also conducted.
Schedule is balanced to meet customer demand and personal needs. Operations are local or may require travel away from Eugene, with expenses provided.
Type of Aircraft:
Bell 212 and 206‑L series.
Compensation: $108,000 – $162,000 salary range, annual merit increase, and annual incentive program (target 15% of base pay). Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: 401(k) plan with paid company match and annual contribution equal to 5% of base salary.
Paid Time Off:
Three weeks of paid vacation for employees working 25+ hours per week; 11 paid holidays per year; 88 holiday hours total.
