Location:
Euless, Texas. Small family‑owned business primarily serving public schools seeks an assistant office manager.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in accounting, invoicing, and paying bills.
- Answering phone calls and greeting customers.
- Using Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Handling various daily administrative tasks and multitasking.
It is a full‑time position with a standard work week.
Compensation:
Starting pay $18.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Earned paid sick days and paid vacation are provided; no health insurance benefits.
